1. Where is your company located?
Our factory is located in Longjiang town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, it takes about 1.5 hours by car from Guangzhou airport.
if you by Metro to Foshan, please seat to Kuiqi Lu station.
2. How long for the delivery time?
For ready stock furniture items: the lead time is 2-3 days.
For custom made furnture items: the lead time is 30 days.
3. Do you provide custom made furniture service?
Yes, of course. We are a high end home furniture manufacturer, we have own Rearch& Design team, and can make all the furniture request according to your needs.
4. What is the Warranty Time for your furniture?
We have 3 years warranty under the right use. When loading we will Prepare some oil painting in the container. If your furniture scratches in future, you can repair it.
5. How can I know the completion of my order?
30% deposit payment—start production—Take photos and you confirmed—check the logistic—book shipment—inform customer ETD&ETA—load container—balance payment—send documents.
6. What's The Min. Order Quantity?
MOQ is 1 pcs or 1 set for EXW price.
7. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority! Every worker keeps the QC from the very beginning to the very end:
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail in handing the stamping, printing, stitching, packing process;
3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.
8. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?
Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or the packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, sizes etc detail information design for customers.

Samples are a given
5 days for sample. Production is never started without your (or your client’s) sign-off on a sample. What you see is what you get. We don’t want any surprises or compromises.

If you have a question or request, we can typically have an answer in 12 hours or less. The time change between countries works to our advantage, so we can be working on your behalf 24 hours a day.

Many of the items are produced in 10-30 days and shipped by ship. If your order needs to be put on a jet for air delivery, we have got that covered too.
